'26 Session 3: Launching with Cohorts","description":"

In this session of PathCamp, we move from designing your learning experience to offering it. You’ve spent the first two sessions thinking about your learners, their obstacles, and what they need to grow. Now we’ll work from the inside out: first structuring a Cohort for a specific group of learners, then customizing it for just them, and finally creating the Offers that present your Path in multiple ways.

Before we meet, think about these questions:

How are you using Cohorts?
How would you like to use Cohorts?
What questions do you have about Cohorts?

🎟️ Offering Your Path

You’ve designed a learning experience with your learners in mind. Now it’s time to get it to them, and not just by dropping an invite in their inbox and walking away. This session is about gathering the right learners in the right way.

We’ll work from the inside out, structuring and planning a Cohort before creating the Offer others will see:

👥 Structure your Cohort: decide who’s invited, who will guide and encourage them, and whether they need a set schedule, their own pace, or something in between
🎨 Customize for your group: add a welcome video or message, unique meeting links, and projects meant just for that group of learners
📣 Pitch your Path: edit the title and overview, and make Steps previewable so learners can see what’s included
🗂️ Create your Offers: use Pathwright’s new Cover Pages to present each way someone can experience your Path, whether self-paced, scheduled with live sessions, credentialed, or private for a team or organization

By the end, you’ll know:

How to structure a Cohort for a specific group of learners
How to customize a Cohort with information just for them
How to pitch your Path and offer it in multiple ways

I'm trying to share stories and ideas that make life a little better. At Pathwright, I do that by spending my time working one-on-one through EdLabs, sharing what I've learned about the most effective ways to teach online and discovering how to do that better. Outside of Pathwright, you can find me memorizing poems or fine-tuning my leather working skills.
